understands that training is crucial if you and your team are to
maximise the benefits of our Sales Intelligence solutions. We provide
three standard training programmes, aimed at the different types
of users.
For executive management: we organise a Management Day,
focusing on the strategic issues customers face, and the ways VECTA
can be used to make sales and marketing organisations more effective.
For power users: we offer comprehensive training. We enable
these users to set up alerts and campaigns for themselves and others,
and show them how to fully investigate customer buying patterns
to drive improvements in sales performance.
For standard users: we provide guidance on how to get the
most of the features set up on their behalf to enable them to quickly
identify sales opportunities and deliver results in sales performance.
All training is carried out either at the customer's site or in
our Training Centre at Milton Keynes.
