In 2006, VECTA became a subsidiary of  Electronic Data Processing PLC (EDP), a well-known ERP software solution provider to merchants and distributors within the UK. As part of the Electronic Data Processing PLC group of companies VECTA now operates throughout the UK with offices located in Sheffield, Warrington, Milton Keynes and East Grinstead.
